At Premier Yarns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your yarn or home accessories, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, with labels intact, and were purchased within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package before dropping it off at a local carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned yarn, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
